  • Do you accept refunds and exchanges?
    Some products can be returned within the first 14 days of purchase as long as they are unopened and in the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been opened due to hygiene reasons. If you receive a faulty item or are missing any item[s] from your order please contact us within 7 days. When returning an item to us you must cover the cost of the return delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in the process and will not be able to process the refund/exchange. Once your order has been handed over to the courier it is no longer in our control and we cannot be held accountable for any missing items or items broken by the courier in transport. Please handle this with the courier. Please note each product may have specific refund eligibility criteria and requirements. It is essential to review the product information to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. We are unable to carry out any cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted, please double check your order and the details you have entered before confirming.   • How long does shipping take and what are the prices?
    We only send orders out on working days (Monday - Friday). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days. Please note this is not guaranteed, during our busier periods dispatch times can take longer. Tracked 24 (1-2 days) Tracked 48 (2-5 days) Standard International (7-10 days) All orders are sent via Royal Mail. A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has been shipped.   • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! All international orders are sent using a tracked service and take around 10 days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or armed force addresses.
  • Do I have to pay customs fees on my order?
    (International only) When ordering our products from outside out the UK you may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes. Sometimes there are no fees but we advise you contact your local customs office for any information regarding this. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by La Bella Beauty and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your order. For further information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the charges you will not receive your order and it will be returned to us. Once we have received your order back from customs, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Can I collect my order?
    DM us on Instagram or contact us on customerservice@labellabeauty.org for any collection order enquiries. We are based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire UK You can collect your order from us but you must select 'collection' at checkout. If you order through our website and have chosen for your order to be shipped then unfortunately you will not be able to collect. We are based in Brinsworth, Rotherham South Yorkshire. Please do not come to collect your order until you have recieved the 'order ready for pickup' email. Our set collection days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10am-12pm. Please do not try to collect your order out of these days/times as we cannot guarantee someone will be available to assist you. If you require a different day/time to collect your order other than the above please email us at customerservice@labellabeauty.org.
  • Do you offer currency conversion?
    By default, all prices on our website are GBP (£) as we are based in the UK. You are able to change the currency on our website using our currency selector at the top of the screen which uses the latest exchange rates available. In some cases, your bank may determine the exchange rate. Instead, you can use an online converter to check the daily exchange rate to give you an estimation of the cost.
  • The products I want to order are sold out?
    Although we try to keep everything in stock sometimes our products sell out faster than expected. If the product you require is out of stock you can select 'back in stock request' on the products page and select 'notify me when back in stock'. This means as soon as the product becomes available again on our website, you'll be the first to know. Alternatively you can send us an email on customerservice@labellabeauty.org
  • Do you have an ambassadors scheme?
    Yes we do! You can view more about our ambassadors scheme on our website where you can sign up as an affiliate to receive exclusive benefits.
  • Do you offer trade discounts?
    We offer our products in bulk for you to stock and can offer a trade discount. For all trade enquiries please contact customerservice@labellabeauty.org Please note there is a MOQ for all bulk orders using a trade discount.
