REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Some products can be returned within the first 14 days of purchase as long as they are unopened and in the original packaging.

 

We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

 

If you receive a faulty item or are missing any item[s] from your order please contact us within 7 days.

 

When returning an item to us you must cover the cost of the return delivery. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in the process and will not be able to process the refund/exchange.

 

Once your order has been handed over to the courier it is no longer in our control and we cannot be held accountable for any missing items or items broken by the courier in transport. Please handle this with the courier.

Once your refund request is received, we will review it according to the product specific guidelines. Please ensure that you provide any necessary information or evidence as instructed in the product information or by us.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. The timeframe in which you receive once accepted will depend on original payment method.

 

We are unable to carry out any cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted, please double check your order and the details you have entered before confirming.
